Part 1: Directly Recover deleted iMessages

Step 1. Run the program and connect your iPhone to the computer

Run the iMessage Recovery program on your computer after downloading and installing iPhone Data Recovery, and connect your iPhone to the computer via an USB cable. Then simply click "Start" to scan it on "Recover from iOS Device".



Step 2. Check your previous data to recover

After scanning, you can preview and check your previous data now. Just check one by one and click Recover to save them on your computer.

Part 2: Recover Deleted iMessages from iTunes Backup

Step 1. Choose the Recovery Mode

For iMessage Recovery, you should choose the mode of "Recover from iTunes Backup Files", select the one for your iPhone (usually the one with the latest backup date if there are more than one), and click Start Scan to begin extracting it for your iMessage.



Step 2. Recover "iMessage" from your iTunes Backup

Later you will see the whole content of the backup file in details when the extracting completes. Then you should select Message on the left side on the window, to preview detailed contents of your messages and iMessage. Now just choose those you want to recover and click "Recover" button on the top of the window, you can save them on your computer with one simple click to finish iMessage Recovery.

Part 3: Retrieve Deleted iMessages from iCloud Backup

Step 1. Log in your iCloud account

Go to the recovery mode of "Recover from iCloud Backup File" on the top of the program's window, then log in your Apple ID to enter.

Step 2. Download and Scan the iCloud backup

Step 3. Retrieve Deleted iMessage from your iCloud

a. The scan will take you some time. When it stops, you can read all found data in your iCloud backup.

b. Choose the item of Messages and Message Attachments, you can select the files you want and save it on your computer by clicking on the Recover button.
